I cannot access TeraStation with iPhone/iPod touch/iPad/Android via WebAccess.

There are following possible causes.

  1. Check if the client device supports WebAccess.

    Supported OS

    Supported browser

    iPhone/iPod touch/iPad iPhone OS 2.2.1~/3.1.3~/iOS 4.0(4.0 recommended) Safari
    HTC Magic, Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 Android OS 1.6 Only the standard preinstalled browsers have been tested with each portable device.
    HTC Desire Android OS 2.1 Only the standard preinstalled browsers have been tested with each portable device.
  2. Javascript in the browser is disabled.
    If JavaScript is disabled, the WebAccess won’t work. Enable the JavaScript in the browser.
