LinkStation 400 - You can't see the contents from a DLNA-compatible device

If you remove the USB drive without properly dismounting it, you may not see the contents from a DLNA-compatible device, even if you reboot the LinkStation.
In such a case, wait for 50 seconds, then follow this procedure to connect a USB drive to a USB port on the LinkStion again and dismount the drive properly.
Hold down the function button for 3 seconds.The white LED will go out as the attached USB drives are dismounted. You may now unplug it safely.
