Try the following to see if there is any improvement.
- Connect the TeraStation and a PC directly with an Ethernet cable and update the firmware again.
- Initialize the network settings and update the firmware again.
How to Restore the TeraStation to its Factory Defaults - Disable the security software temporarily and update the firmware again.
If the error is displayed again, contact Buffalo technical support for assistance.
