When connection via AFP, FTP or SFTP, a user authentication fails although you set access restrictions in conjunction with an authentication server.

The maximum length for a password is 14 to access share folders in conjunction with an authentication server using AFP, FTP or SFTP.

An authentication fails in case the length is equal to or above 15.
Keep the length restriction.

An SMB connection allows password length to be equal to and larger than 15 characters.
