How do I update the firmware when the product does not work properly? (Firmware is a program that helps the product to function.)

  • Updating firmware does not affect or erase date. However we recommend you to back up the date beforehand just in case.
  • You cannot access the product while updating firmware (It will take 15min. approximately.)
  • End all the other software before updating the firmware. Turn off the security software temporarily.

    You don't need to operate the steps.

  1. Download the firmware and save it on your computer.
  2. Double-click downloaded file to decompress.
  3. Double-click "LSUpdater(.exe)" in the created folder.
  4. Select the product and click "Update".
    You will see the current version status. It can not be updated if you already have the latest version.
  5. The screen prompt to enter the administrator password will be shown.
    Enter your administrator password.
    Default settings is "password" as the administrator password.
  6. Click "OK" when it is finished.
  7. Click "Quit"
